I miss you. the holy land is great, I try and walk/ run for at least am hour a day. However, the food is killing me. It’s so delicious all we have is bread and rice. Carb over load. My self control is has been lost in a giant bowl of hummus. And the scale here is so ghetto. I’m pretty sure it’s broken. Someone give me a pep talk (A maybe?)
I wanna run a 5k. We are going to train for it.
